Bay Point Condominiums is a part of a presidential class planned residential community called Vistas Pacifica featuring upscale condo units of 2 or 3 bedroom models either as first floor or second floor dwellings depending on topology and architectural design.  Each unit is spacious offering "open relaxed" living areas, verandas, plunge pools, garages, and total air conditioning.  Designs are available in sizes from 2000 square feet to 3150 square feet.  Some units will also have a lower level guest room and bath all with excellent Pacific Ocean views.    

    Bay Point Resort Community provides 24 hour security, club house, large swimming pool, tennis court and titled property ownership.  Bay Point is located in the quiet peaceful Panama Beach area only 20 minutes from Liberia, Costa Rica International Airport.  All units are offered only on construction/purchase contract basis with owner selecting the location and design desired.  The initial purchase deposit is 5% and schedule of remaining payments is dependent upon degree of completion.  Each purchase unit is sold as a S.A. Corporation with such expenses for establishing corporation paid by Seller.  The Seller shall manage and regulate the subject property association until all units are sold and home owners take over the management & regulation of the homeowners association.  Present association fees are $150/month subject to change by homeowner association members.
